About Denise
I help people reconnect with their bodies and find balance through bodywork and neuroscience-based practices. My approach blends hands-on therapies with brain training and guiding clients toward relief from tension and stress.
Born and raised in Switzerland, I have always been interested in the human body and movement. In 1998 I began my training in Spiraldynamik®, an anatomically intelligent body movement and therapy concept which is a three dimensional instruction for the body offering a new body image and awareness.
With Spiraldynamik® as a foundation, I expanded upon my interest in body therapy to further study both Shiatsu and Massage in Zurich, Switzerland. Later on, I continued my education in bodywork by attending the Rolf Institute® of Structural Integration, where I graduated from as a Certified Rolfer ™ and Rolf Movement Practitioner™.
In 2016, I suffered a mild traumatic brain injury resulting in intense anxiety, high stress, and insomnia. That brought me to Neuroscupting, helping me to lower my anxiety, stress, and find more balance. Fascinated with the brain and nervous system, I decided to go through the training and I am now certified as a Neurosculpting ® Facilitator, continuing my studies in Applied Neuroscience, Brain Health Coaching, and Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness.
The importance of Body-Mind connection has been key in my own healing journey and I now want to share it with others. My practice, continually evolving, now focuses on using Integrative bodywork and Neurosculpting/brain coaching to reduce body aches, tension and stress, so my clients can find more ease and balance in daily life.
